The hotel is situated at the top of the hill in lovely botanic gardens offering a great location with beautiful views. The rooms are kept very clean with a bathtub and a view on our shared balcony. However, the service was appalling with Mitch the manager lacking understanding of customer service. The location is excellent for hiking around the Airport trail but may be a bit secluded away from commercial activity. The dining served home-made pies and jams, although not provided free shuttle service. The facilities are well-maintained.
